Job Title: Business Implementation Manager (Client Onboarding)
Location: Dublin, Ireland

Overview
An established financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Business Implementation Manager to join its client onboarding function. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful integration of new clients into operational processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery and a seamless transition.

This is a senior, client-facing position offering broad exposure across fund services operations, working closely with sales, client development, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as a senior point of contact between sales, client development, operations, and clients
* Oversee the onboarding and service delivery for new client relationships
* Maintain and enhance a high-quality client experience, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
* Identify and recommend improvements to client service delivery
* Build strong, proactive relationships with new and existing clients
* Monitor and deliver client reporting metrics to support service excellence
* Manage issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective solutions
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, driving process enhancements and scalability
* Act as an escalation point and mentor for team members
* Support wider business initiatives and ad hoc projects as required

Experience Required

* 8–10 years’ experience within financial services operations
* Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
* Proven experience managing senior client relationships
* Background within a fund services or asset servicing environment
* Strong understanding of fund administration functions including Fund Accounting, Investor Services, Custody, and Depositary
* Familiarity with fund administration systems (e.g. Geneva, MultiFonds, or similar) advantageous
* Knowledge of market data services and third-party provider connectivity within fund structures

Skills & Qualifications

* Degree or relevant professional qualification (or working towards one)
* Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated leadership and project management capability
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Ability to take ownership and resolve issues effectively
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
