Customer Service Advisor – Financial Services (Contact Centre)

6 month rolling contract

Dublin City Centre hybrid

What’s the Opportunity?

We’re looking for a customer-focused, energetic and organised advisor to join a high-performing, award-winning contact centre team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in the life and pensions industry, with excellent training, ongoing support and clear progression pathways.

In this role, you’ll support customers and intermediaries via phone and email, aiming to resolve queries at first point of contact while delivering a consistently high standard of service. You’ll gain strong product knowledge across protection, investment and pension solutions, developing valuable expertise in financial services.

What You’ll Do

* Deliver excellent customer service across phone and email channels, with a strong focus on confident and empathetic phone engagement
* Take ownership of customer queries, identifying needs and working toward first-contact resolution
* Collaborate with your team to meet service and customer experience targets
* Build and maintain strong product knowledge across financial solutions
* Support the retention of existing customers
* Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Communicate clearly and remain solution-focused when resolving issues
* Contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

What You’ll Bring

Nice to Have

* Previous experience in financial services, life & pensions or a customer-facing role
* A relevant qualification (e.g. QFA/APA) or progress toward one
