Jouw impact als leider

Als Technical Supervisor stuur je, samen met je collega-supervisor, een team aan van teamleads en 37 technici. Jouw perspectief gaat verder dan de waan van de dag:

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een professional die rust brengt in een dynamische omgeving en die gelooft in transparantie (hoor en wederhoor). Je beschikt over:

* HBO werk- en denkniveau, idealiter met een stevige basis in de Elektrotechniek.

* Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol waar je hebt laten zien teams naar een

hoger niveau te tillen.

* Diepgaande kennis van NEN3140 (IV/WV is een sterke pré) en een scherp oog voor

onderhoudsstrategieën.

* De gave om zowel in het Nederlands als Engels bruggen te slaan tussen techniek en

management.

* Ervaring met budgettering en offertetrajecten; jij begrijpt de cijfers achter de techniek.

In collaboration with your fellow supervisor, you will lead a team of Team Leads and 37 technicians.

Your Profile

We are looking for a professional who brings stability to a dynamic environment and believes in

transparency and mutual accountability. You possess:

* Bachelor’s level (HBO) of thinking and working, ideally with a strong foundation in Electrical

Engineering.

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of

elevating teams.

* In-depth knowledge of NEN3140 (IV/WV certification is a significant plus) and a keen eye for

maintenance strategies.

* The ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and management in both Dutch and

English.

* Experience in budgeting and tender processes; you understand the financial data behind the

technical operations.
