Client Coverage Manager - Dublin - Permanent
We’re currently partnering with a leading global asset servicing banking group to hire an experienced Client Coverage Manager to join their growing commercial team.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will take ownership of a portfolio of key institutional clients, acting as a trusted advisor while driving long-term revenue growth and retention.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for managing and developing senior client relationships across a global portfolio, ensuring strong commercial outcomes while aligning closely with internal product, operations, and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
* Act as the senior global contact for a portfolio of institutional clients
* Build and maintain long-term, strategic client relationships
* Own revenue retention and identify growth opportunities across accounts
* Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to wider business objectives
* Map key stakeholders and build strong networks within client organisations
* Lead client strategy meetings and represent the business at industry events
* Partner with internal teams (product, operations, IT, legal) to deliver tailored solutions
* Support commercial negotiations and contractual agreements
* Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. KYC) are met
* Maintain accurate client data and pipeline activity within CRM systems
Requirements
* 5–10+ years’ experience within the asset servicing industry
* Strong track record managing global or multi-jurisdictional client relationships
* Deep understanding of asset servicing products, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape
* Proven ability to grow client revenue and manage complex commercial relationships
* Experience developing and executing strategic account plans
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at C-suite level
* Experience in commercial negotiations and client lifecycle management
