Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets the required standards of quality and safety.

Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Mix and match colours to achieve the desired shade and finish.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role. within the car industry
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to painting techniques and equipment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during preparation and application processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
