We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate our European logistics operations, with a strong focus on dangerous goods and gas cylinder transportation, storage, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing import/export operations across multiple European countries, including VAT compliance, cross-border trading, warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, and dangerous goods logistics.
Manage European logistics, supply chain, and distribution operations across multiple EU and UK markets
Oversee the transportation, storage, and handling of dangerous goods and gas cylinders in compliance with all applicable regulations
Coordinate import/export activities and customs procedures across Europe and the UK
Ensure compliance with VAT, customs, freight, and cross-border trading requirements
Supervise warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations
Work closely with freight forwarders, transport providers, customs brokers, and warehouse partners
Maintain compliance with ADR and dangerous goods transportation regulations
Monitor operational efficiency, shipping performance, and logistics costs
Support manufacturing and distribution planning to ensure timely delivery across European markets
Proven experience in European logistics and cross-border supply chain operations
Strong dangerous goods and gas cylinder logistics experience
Knowledge of ADR regulations and dangerous goods transportation compliance
Experience with European import/export procedures, customs, and VAT requirements
Background in manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution environments
Strong understanding of freight coordination across multiple European countries
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and operational management skills
Ability to manage multiple logistics channels and regulatory requirements
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Additional European language skills, including Polish or German, are highly advantageous
Degree or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Experience with international freight and customs documentation
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ERP platforms
Dangerous Goods or ADR certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience for support-level positions
Minimum of 3 years of management experience for managerial-level candidates
