Job Title: Senior Benefits Analyst / Manager
Location: London
Working pattern: 2 - 3 days in the office

About the Role
Our team have an opportunity for a Senior Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for the management and administration of employee benefits – including DC pension, insurance and wellbeing across the UK businesses with an approximate headcount of 4000. The role requires accurate day-to-day delivery of pension and benefit programs, reporting, presenting, attending industry events and strong vendor management.

What You’ll Do

* Pension and Benefits Administration
* Manage the day-to-day administration of pension benefits programs across the UK including data input
* Monthly pension and benefit payroll processing
* Oversee annual renewals, eligibility processes, enrolments and reporting
* Partner with the People Services, HRIS and Payroll teams to maintain accurate benefit, payroll and HRIS data.
* Joint responsibility as the primary point of contact for benefit enquiries
* Joint responsibility of fleet administration of company and salary sacrifice cars
* Joint responsibility of invoice reconciliation and processing
* Manage the monthly pension auto-enrolment processes and loading of the monthly pension contributions


Vendor and Consultant Management

* Coordinate relationships with external consultants, brokers, insurers and pension administrators


Employee Communication and Education

* Develop and deliver engaging benefit communication materials
* Update internal intranet content regularly
* Attend and deliver benefit presentations to new joiners and employee townhalls


Data Analytics

* Analyse benefits data to identify tends and efficiency opportunities
* Create and present dashboards, reports and summarise key insights for benefits team and the wider people team


What You’ll Need

* Experience in DC pension and benefits administration in the UK
* Fleet administration
* Strong analytical and numeracy skills
* Strong to Advanced in Excel skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence in engaging with employees at all levels
* DC Pension and Benefits subject matter expertise
* Staying abreast of legislation and industry trends to deliver Benefits that help to retain, engage and motivate employees
* Presenting to leadership and employees internally and externally at industry events
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Accuracy and data integrity
* Resilience and tenacity to navigate complex situations, manage ambiguity and to work well under pressure.
* Vendor relationship management
* Employee service orientation
