The Role

As a Junior BMS Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of BMS projects across a range of commercial and critical environments. Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while developing both your technical and project management skills.



Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with the design and implementation of BMS solutions
* Supporting project delivery from initial concept through to commissioning
* Learning BMS software, controls strategies, and system integration
* Working closely with senior engineers on-site and remotely
* Supporting testing, commissioning, and system optimisation
* Producing technical documentation and reports



Training & Development

* Structured on-the-job training with experienced BMS engineers
* Exposure to leading BMS systems and technologies
* Ongoing technical development and mentoring
* Clear progression pathway into a Project Engineer position



Key Requirements

* Good understanding of building services (HVAC, electrical systems, etc.)
* Strong willingness to learn and develop within BMS
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
* Relevant qualifications in engineering or building services (desirable)
